The Starke County Commissioners will continue trying to get to the bottom of the radio issues reported by local firefighters, when they meet this morning.
J & K Communications has been asked to give an update, after the Washington Township trustee complained that firefighters had missed several calls due to radio problems.
The commissioners will also hear requests from the Sheriff’s Office and the Starke County Park Board for the use of American Rescue Plan funds. The park board wants to use some of the federal stimulus money to renovate or replace the Bass Lake Beach House.
