A local Ford dealership is being recognized for its customer service. Jim Dobson Ford of Winamac recently received the 2020 Ford Motor Company President’s Award. It’s based on surveys and reputation scoring in both sales and service, according to a dealership press release.
This is the second year in a row Jim Dobson Ford has gotten the award, which it says is only earned by 10 percent of Ford dealers nationwide.
