The Pulaski County Commissioners will open more bids for Justice Center work this morning.
Construction manager Tonn & Blank had wanted more bids for roofing and flooring. No bids at all were received the first time around for landscaping; glass, glazing, and entrances; and specialties like plumbing fixtures and fire extinguishers.
Treasurer Teresa Bryant and the commissioners will convene as the board of finance to discuss American Rescue Plan funds, and Coroner Jon Frain is expected to request some of that money for an autopsy suite. Sheriff Jeff Richwine will have an update on efforts to find a location to house potentially dangerous animals.
