Incoming high school seniors can apply for a full-tuition college scholarship starting next week.
Applications for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship will be available for Pulaski County students on Friday, August 6. They’ll be on the Community Foundation of Pulaski County’s website at cfopc.org. Applications will be due by September 3 at 3:00 p.m. EDT.
Starke County students can apply through the Starke County Community Foundation starting August 3, with an application deadline of September 2.
To qualify, students have to get their high school diploma by June 30, 2022 and plan to enroll full-time at an eligible college or university in Indiana. The local community foundations will nominate finalists to Independent Colleges of Indiana. The Community Foundation of Pulaski County says it’ll look for academic performance, community service and leadership, character, and values.
Scholarship recipients will be notified in December.
