N.J.-S.P. Jr./Sr. High School to Switch to eLearning Thursday, Friday

North Judson-San Pierre students in grades seven through 12 are switching to eLearning Thursday, August 12 and Friday, August 13, due to ongoing air conditioning issues at the junior/senior high school.

In a letter to families Wednesday, school officials said students in kindergarten through sixth grade are not affected by the air conditioning issues, but they’ll still be released at 12:45 p.m. Thursday, as previously announced. Grades K to six will be back to a regular, in-person schedule on Friday.

School officials say the high school air conditioning issues are making it too hot for students and staff to be productive and safe. But with cooler temperatures and lower humidity levels in the forecast, they plan to return to regular school schedules next week. They thank families for their flexibility.
