The Eastern Pulaski Schools campus may be getting some upgrades, thanks to a local boy scout. Phillip Crippin plans to add improvements to the outdoor lab as part of an Eagle Scout project presented to the school board this month, according to Superintendent Dara Chezem.
Meanwhile, a $500 donation from the First Presbyterian Church of Winamac was accepted. The draft meeting minutes say that money will go in the Helping Hands Fund. It’s designed to help with fees and expenses that may be out of a family’s reach.
Chezem says the school board also agreed to let officials sell off some old phones and scoreboards.
