Knox residents can weigh in on the city’s 2022 budget proposal tonight. It totals just over $3.1 million, with a General Fund of almost $1.6 million, a Motor Vehicle Highway Fund of almost $402,000, and an Economic Development Income Tax Fund of almost $616,000.
The required public hearing will be held during tonight’s city council meeting. Meanwhile, council members will consider a request to transfer money within this year’s park and police budgets.
