The Hamlet housing boom continues. Another building permit was approved by the town council last week. “Keen Construction wants to build on the last lot on Jefferson Street a 1,344-square-foot house,” Council President Dave Kesvormas explained.
Council members felt the company did a good job on the last two homes that it built. They agreed to waive the permit fees, as part of the town’s “22 by ‘22” imitative.
