The City of Knox is resuming its sewer lining efforts. The board of works last week approved the lone quote from Insituform for almost $104,000, pending the review of Wastewater Superintendent Jason Clemons.
Clemons previously told board members that the company offered a discount if the city would move forward with the entire 2,200-foot project at one time. He said it’s been a couple years since the city has done any sewer lining.
