The West Central School Corporation is looking for an athletic director. Previous Athletic Director Richard Warren was hired at Knox Community Schools after the school board meeting Tuesday, July 5. West Central Superintendent Dr. Cathy Rowe said there are other vacancies to fill as well.
“We have an athletic director, sixth grade elementary teacher and music position that we are actively looking for candidates,” said Dr. Rowe. “So if someone is interested we encourage them to go to the West Central website. Fill out an application. Principals will be interviewing and are currently in the process of interviewing. We are always looking for someone that would be interested in coming to West Central because once again, there is a lot of great synergy happening here and it’s a great place to be.”
Additionally, the school board hired a food services director. Rebecca Sheppard will learn under the current food services director until that person retires later on during the school year.
