The Starke County Commissioners will meet this morning where they will hear from Highway Superintendent Dan Dipert with a monthly report, the proposed railroad crossing closure on 225 South between State Road 23 and 1000 East, and a bid opening for the Community Crossings Matching Grant project on Range Road between Toto Road and 250 North.
Starke County Court Services Director Shawn Mattraw will present an American Rescue Plan Act request, and Starke County Economic Development Foundation Executive Director Lisa Dan is going to have a report along with a funding request.
Clerk Bernadette Welter Manuel will have a full-time position request, while EMS Director Eric Wood will present his regular report.
The Starke County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 a.m. CT today in the ground floor meeting room in the Starke County Annex Building No. 1 at 53 E. Mound Street in Knox.
