The North Judson Town Council members will have their public hearing for the proposed sewer and water rate charges tonight.
In a previous meeting, North Judson Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe said a rate study had been done by Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, LLC. The study provided the town information on collecting sufficient revenues to pay the cost of operation, maintenance, replacements, improvements and indebtedness of the sewage and water works departments.
The first reading of the ordinances was passed by the council earlier this month.
The council will also go over town code updates and hear regular department head reports.
The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. CT at the North Judson Town Hall at 310 Lane Street.
