The Oregon-Davis School Board held a public hearing Monday night concerning the corporation’s proposed 2023 budget.
The total budget for 2023 is $10,865,685. Of that, just over $1.1 million is placed within the Referendum Fund, $750,000 will be within the Rainy Day Fund and just over $1 million is in the Debt Service Fund. The Education Fund is set at just over $4.2 million with $3.4 million in the Operations Fund. The Post Retirement and Severance Future Fund is set at $180,000.
The board opened the floor for comment from the public. No comments were made.
The adoption of the budget is scheduled for Monday, October 24 during the school board’s regular meeting.
