The West Central School Board approved a Memorandum of Understanding with Ivy Tech Community College during their meeting last week.
Ivy Tech allows the current staff at West Central School Corporation to instruct a course to students toward becoming duel licensed at Ivy Tech.
The students receive credit in high school and toward college after graduation as well.
This Memorandum of Understanding is made by and between the Commission for Higher Education, and Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana concerning the development and implementation of the Ivy Tech Accelerated Associate Degree Pilot Project.
