The Community Foundation of Pulaski County (CFPC) is seeking bids for their new office renovation project.
The Foundation is requesting sealed bids for the project at 221 North Monticello Street in Winamac. The bids will be due at the current office at 127 E. Pearl Street in Winamac no later than Monday, October 31 at 4 p.m. ET.
On the same date, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the current office just after 4 p.m. ET.
The project consists of the interior renovation of a former single family house into new offices for the CFPC. The site work related to this project includes sidewalks, a ramp, porches and parking. There are three alternates that include replacing the existing siding, roofing and windows on the house.

This work will be funded by the Foundation. All feasible efforts shall be made to ensure that a minimum of thirty-three percent of the labor on the project shall be completed by the local community within Pulaski County.
The project maintains a goal of hiring all contractors within Pulaski County or within 100 miles of the project site.
