The Pulaski County Board of Commissioners gave an update on Monday about their property for sale in the northwest corner of 60 South and 60 West.
In a previous county council meeting, Commissioner Maurice Loehmer announced the 1.2673 acres with access to two county roads was appraised for $46,000. During that meeting, the council passed a motion to have the property listed online by a realtor.
During Monday’s commissioner meeting, Commissioner Loehmer said the county has an agreement with a potential buyer that is waiting for their financing to finalize the sale.
Loehmer added the closing date is set for late November.
