Income qualifying households are able to apply to the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (EAP) and Water Assistance Program for the upcoming winter season.
For households that fall into the correct category, packets are available through the Pulaski County Human Services. Those who qualify may contact the Pulaski County Human Services at 574-946-6500.
CLASP forms for holiday assistance for eligible Pulaski County residents are available for food, toys and or clothes right now. The deadline is Thursday, November 10.
