The Community Foundation of Pulaski County (CFPC) recently announced the founding of its 114th fund.
The Birdie Fund will be a “Field of Interest” fund established by Steven and Leeann Wright. This has been put together in hopes to support environmental and wellness initiatives within Pulaski County.
The Birdie Fund has been designed to support projects and initiatives such as river clean-up, native plant education, land stewardship, mental health programs, wellness and nutrition initiatives and physical fitness programs
Executive Director of CFPC Leeann Wright stated the Birdie Fund will be eligible for grant applications in late 2025. CFPC’s financial policies require the initial gift to be invested for a full 12 quarters before a grant can be made.
