The North Judson Town Council discussed the 2021-2022 Town Code during their meeting Monday night.
North Judson Clerk-Treasurer Andrew Rowe stated he has been in communication with American Legal Publishing. He said they still need discuss part of their editorial and legal review together. He added they have requested everything by the end of this year.
Rowe said he hopes to have the town’s unsafe ordinance rewritten by the next town council meeting. He said the changes from the property maintenance as well as IC code updates will need to be done by next month’s meeting.
