Pulaski County Commissioners Approve New Road and Drainage Use Agreements

The Pulaski County Commissioners discussed the Road Use and Drainage Use Agreements during their special meeting Thursday.

The board voted to revoke the previous combined Road Use and Drainage Use Agreements allowing them to make a motion to move forward with new agreements separately.

Commissioner Maurice Loehmer recused himself as the commissioners voted to revoke the prior agreement. The vote passed, giving the commissioners a chance to make a motion to approve the new Road Use Agreement with Mammoth Solar. The commissioners voted to pass the new Road Use Agreement by a vote of 2-1 with Commissioner Loehmer recusing himself from the vote.

Representatives from Mammoth Solar were present to sign the official documents during the special meeting.

The commissioners then passed a motion to approve the newly separated Drainage Use Agreement with Mammoth Solar, with Commissioner Loehmer recusing himself from the vote.
