The Starke County Community Foundation’s (SCCF) annual GivingTuesday event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 29 at the North Judson United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
This event celebrates what’s known as the global day of generosity, which takes place every year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.
This year the SCCF will celebrate from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT and serve lunch from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. CT. With the Hardesty Memorial Endowment Fund and additional SCCF funding, there is a $15,000 match opportunity. This means donations can be matched $1 for $1 up to $500 per fund.
