The Knox City Council plans to go over the second reading of an ordinance abolishing Knox City Court during their meeting tonight.
During a previous Starke County Council meeting, it was discovered the county would take over the cost to continue running Knox City Court. The city council is expected to go over more information regarding the situation during tonight’s meeting.
Clerk-Treasurer Cyndi Kidder and Mayor Dennis Estok will both have their regular reports. Other items that may come before the council as well as citizen’s comments are on the agenda as well.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT at Knox City Hall.
