The Pulaski County Council heard an update on the county’s courthouse renovations during their meeting Monday night.
Pulaski County Community Development Commission (CDC) Executive Director Nathan Origer said furniture and other amenities are being finalized. He added the Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer, and Recorder will be moving their offices to the east annex in the next few months where there has been space made available for them during the upcoming renovations.
Origer then mentioned the project is still on the time frame given from last month. He said it is looking like it could be June or July of 2023 before renovations get underway. He said the hope is by early March the project will be up for approval.
