The Eastern Pulaski School Board discussed an athletic field expansion project during their meeting Monday.
Eastern Pulaski School Superintendent Dara Chezem told WKVI News a site layout map of the proposed area was shown during their meeting. She said the project would include moving the softball field closer to the baseball field. It is proposed, the practice football field running north and south be made to run east and west allowing the current parking area near the baseball field to be expanded for both the baseball and softball fields to have more adequate parking.
Superintendent Chezem said they are finalizing the drawings and plan to get advertisements out for the Requests For Proposals needed to get the project moving forward.
