The Pulaski County Council and Commissioners heard and update on the wage and benefit study from CDC Executive Director Nathan Origer.
The wage and benefit study was passed to determine what pay needed to be adjusted throughout the county for their employees. Director Origer stated from that study the county found they are well below the average across the board. He said they are trying to find funding sources for sustainable pay increases.
The commissioners and council took Origer’s report under advisement and plan to discuss this further at future meetings.
