The Knox Board of Works plans to approve a new hire for the police department during their meeting today.
The board will also hear several updates involving 6 North Pearl Street, 204 West Bender Street and 105 South Bower Street.
All department heads are anticipated to give updates during today’s meeting as well. The meeting begins at 9:30 a.m. CT at the Knox City Hall at 101 W. Washington Street.
