The Pulaski County Commissioners held a public hearing to discuss the re-establishment of the Cumulative Building and Cumulative Bridge funds during their meeting Monday.
Commissioner Chuck Mellon stated after discussions with Pulaski County Council President Ken Boswell, there was a shortfall in the second year of the Cumulative Building fund for the hospital. Mellon asked the commissioners for a motion to re-establish both Cumulative Building and Cumulative Bridge funds. He stated this will begin with taxes due payable in 2024 in the amount of .0229 per $100 of assessed value.
The commissioners voted unanimously to approve the reestablishment of the Cumulative Building and Cumulative Bridge funds.
