The Knox City Council will be holding a public hearing on additional appropriations during their meeting tonight.
The council is expected to approve additional appropriations within the Rainy Day Fund after the public hearing. A resolution to approve a real estate purchase agreement will be discussed as well.
The council will also amend the police department pay rates and salaries during tonight’s meeting.
Reports from Clerk-Treasurer Cyndi Kidder and Mayor Dennis Estok are also on the agenda for the council to hear.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT at Knox City Hall.
