The Pulaski County Commissioners discussed equipment maintenance renewals during their meeting Monday.
Commissioner Chuck Mellon stated four of the county’s copy machine maintenance contracts have expired. He added after speaking with Pulaski County Auditor Laura Wheeler, they decided it might be cost effective to have all of the county’s copiers maintained by one company instead of two.
Commissioner Mellon suggested tabling the contract renewal to allow the commissioners time to see if they would be able to have one company do the maintenance. A motion was made and seconded. The commissioners voted unanimously to table the maintenance contract renewal in hopes they are able to have the county’s copy machines maintained by one company.
