Pulaski County Council Reorganizes

The Pulaski County Council reorganized during their meeting Monday.

A Republican Party Caucus was held Saturday, April 8 to find a new Pulaski County Council At-Large member due to Adam Loehmer’s resignation from the seat in March. Sheila Jimenez received the majority vote and was sworn into office by Clerk JoLynn Behny.

During the meeting on Monday, Council President Ken Boswell stated they needed to fill the vice president seat previously held by Loehmer. A motion was made for Mike Tiede to become the new vice president. That motion was seconded and passed unanimously by vote.
