The Pulaski County Commissioners continued discussion on the county’s equipment maintenance renewal during their meeting Monday.
In a previous meeting, Commissioner Chuck Mellon stated four of the county’s copy machine maintenance contracts had expired. He added after speaking with Pulaski County Auditor Laura Wheeler, they decided it might be cost effective to have all of the county’s copiers maintained by one company instead of two. The commissioners tabled the contract renewal during that meeting.
During Monday’s meeting, Commissioner Mellon stated they would like to have Cardinal Copier Solutions from Lafayette be the sole maintenance for all county government copiers. He added this would make more sense in having one company do the maintenance. He entertained a motion to approve the contract with Cardinal Copier Solutions. That motion was seconded and passed unanimously by vote.
