The Knox City Council went through the second reading of amending the current peddler ordinance during their meeting Tuesday.
In a previous story, Knox Mayor Dennis Estok told WKVI News amendments to the ordinance include allowing food truck vendors to set up once per seven days. Vendors would have permit options of $10 per day, $30 per month, $150 for six months or $250 for the year.
The council made a motion to approve the second reading as presented. That motion was seconded and passed allowing the council to put the amendments to the ordinance up for adoption. A motion was made to adopt the amended peddler ordinance. That motion was seconded and passed unanimously by vote.
