The Knox City Council is expected to discuss the Starke County Economic Development Foundation’s Starke Tank during their meeting tonight.
The council is also scheduled to consider approving the second reading and adoption of an amendment to the peddler ordnance. In a previous story, Knox Mayor Dennis Estok told WKVI News amendments to the ordinance include allowing food truck vendors to set up once per seven days. Vendors would have permit options of $10 per day, $30 per month, $150 for six months or $250 for the year.
The council is also expecting reports from Clerk-Treasurer Cyndi Kidder and Mayor Dennis Estok. The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT at Knox City Hall.
