The Knox Community School Board approved the 2023-2024 meal prices during their meeting last week.
Interim Superintendent Ross Sloat recommended the board approve meal prices to be the same as the 2022-2023 school year. He added the prices were recommended to him by the corporation’s Northern Indiana Educational Services (NIESC) representative.
Breakfast for all three of Knox’s schools will be $1.50. Elementary lunch will be $2.35 and the Middle and High School will be $2.60 per meal.
A motion was made to approve meal prices for the 2023-2024 school year. That motion was seconded and passed unanimously by vote.
