North Judson-San Pierre (NJSP) School Superintendent Dr. Annette Zupin has resigned.
The announcement was made during Tuesday’s board meeting. An official statement from Dr. Zupin stated, “I want to thank (everyone) for the opportunity to spend 21 valuable and meaningful years with the NJSP school corporation. I have truly enjoyed the collaborative work we have done to bring successes, enhancements, and a sense of pride to our Bluejay Nation. The students and staff whom I have worked with will forever hold a place in my heart. It is in these working relationships that I have grown personally and professionally over the last two decades.”
The board approved Dr. Zupin’s resignation unanimously. It was announced that Dr. Zupin has been hired as the next Superintendent at Benton Community School Corporation.
Superintendent Dr. Zupin’s final day at NJSP will be June 30.
