The Pulaski County Commissioners and Council heard a courthouse project update during their joint session Monday.
Pulaski County Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer informed the council and commissioners the architects have moved into the final phase of preparing construction drawings that will be used by Tonn and Blank to solicit bids when the time comes. He added the county is moving forward in establishing the building corporation and moving toward bond issuance.
Origer stated a moving company will be sending an estimate within the next week or two. He added they will discuss what each department will need when it comes to moving them to the east annex.
Origer went on to announce they have approved the final change order on the Justice Center. He noted Tonn and Blank returned $154,238.42. He said that was the amount they did not end up spending.
