The Pulaski County Commissioners and Council discussed the Pulaski County Drug-Free Council and the Community Foundation of Pulaski County (CFPC) during their joint session last week.
Commissioner Chuck Mellon reminded commissioners and council members of the previous joint session where the Drug-Free Council and CFPC requested permission to apply for a matching grant in order to utilize the opioid settlement funds awarded to the county as the match.
Commissioner Mellon thanked those involved in the grant writing and mentioned he hopes to hear good news about receiving the matching grant in a future meeting.
