The Starke County Commissioners heard an update on the Mammoth Solar project during their meeting Monday.
Starke County Highway Superintendent Dan Dipert informed commissioners that 45 percent of the Mammoth Solar project solar panels have been installed. He added 50 percent of the panels have been delivered and the project is steadily moving forward.
In other news, Superintendent Dipert announced, County Bridge #7 on 1200 East between Highway 8 and 250 South is complete and no longer under construction. He stated the bridge is now open and available to use.
