The Starke County Commissioners were given updates on the chip sealing project going on by the Highway Department during their meeting last week.
Starke County Highway Superintendent Dan Dipert informed commissioners, 43 miles of chip seal is almost complete as they have two and a half miles to go. In a follow up with Superintendent Dipert, he told WKVI News that the two and a half miles was completed at the end of last week and the project is finished.
