The Francesville Fall Festival opens its 55th annual event today.
Today’s events include the Fire Department fish and chicken dinner at 4:30 p.m. ET, a Vaudeville Show at 6 p.m., the Master Crackerjack and Miss Kandy Korn Pageant will be held at 6:30 p.m. and BINGO is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
Saturday’s events include the Family Fun Run at 8 a.m., the Little Nubbins Hustle and kid’s games will be held at 10 a.m., a golf cart obstacle course at 11 a.m., bake contest judging at 11:30 a.m., the “Warranted” band will play live at 12:45 p.m., the Grand Marshal program at 1:45 p.m. and the parade at 2 p.m. ET.
The Humanitarian Distribution Center’s chicken dinner will be held at 4 p.m. with a Triathlon scheduled for 4:30 p.m., Drayer Family Music at 6:15 p.m., the harvest dance at 8:30 p.m., and fireworks will start at dusk.
Sunday at the Francesville Fall Festival, the worship service is at 8:30 a.m., the Festival Pork Chop dinner and the cornhole tournament is at 11 a.m., music on the street with Aaron Paulsen and the auto show are at noon, and the Garden Tractor Pull is at 1 p.m.
There will be a variety of American and Mexican foods available all weekend. Arts, crafts, a flea market, a petting zoo, music on the streets and carnival rides will all be available throughout the weekend.
