The Pulaski County Commissioners were updated on the courthouse project during their meeting Monday.
Pulaski County Community Development Commission (CDC) Executive Director Nathan Origer informed the commissioners they had received state and design clearance from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security. Origer said this means they have approved the building plans.
As of now no time table has been mentioned on when the project will be complete. In a previous story, the commissioners approved a lease with the Pulaski County Courthouse Building Corporation. This lease is with respect to the renovation and equipping of the Pulaski County Courthouse while construction is underway.
