The Pulaski County Commissioners appointed two individuals to the Redevelopment Commission during their meeting last week.
Pulaski County Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer formally asked the commissioners to consider appointing Joe Cunningham and Tina Stacy to the Redevelopment Commission. He added both terms would be in effect to the end of 2025. Origer stated Cunningham is currently serving on the Eastern Pulaski School Board and would be a non-voting member representing the county’s school districts if appointed to the Redevelopment Commission. He went on to say if they appointed Stacy, she would become a regular voting member on the Redevelopment Commission.
Commissioner Maurice Loehmer made a motion to appoint both individuals. That motion was seconded and the commissioners voted unanimously approving both appointments.
