The Pulaski County Commissioners and Council discussed the new location for various county offices during their joint session Monday.
It was announced the auditor, treasurer, assessor and recorder offices are all now located in the East Annex and the clerkâs office is now located at 117 East Main Street in Winamac. Pulaski County Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer stated all five offices have been successfully moved out of the courthouse in preparations for the remodeling project.
Origer said there has been a telephone with a directory installed at the entrance of the East Annex. In addition to the telephone and directory, Origer stated there is a desk at the entrance for employees to use as a work station in the event they are called to assist those that may not be able to use stairs or the elevator.
It was mentioned the offices will stay at this location through the duration of the entire project.
