The Starke County Commissioners approved a purchase from the highway department during their meeting last week.
Commissioner Don Binkley made a motion to approve the purchase of a 2014 Ford F250 pickup truck from the highway department in the amount of $5,000. He stated this truck would be used by the Park Board. Commissioner Mark Gourley seconded that motion.
The commissioners approved the purchase unanimously by vote.
