The Pulaski County Commissioners discussed their appointments to K-IRPC during their meeting last week.
Commission President Chuck Mellon announced he would like to continue being on the K-IRPC board. Pulaski County Community Development Commission Executive Director Nathan Origer expressed he would be willing to continue being part of the K-IRPC board as well. A motion was made to appoint both Chuck Mellon and Nathan Origer to the K-IRPC board. That motion was seconded and passed unanimously by vote.
K-IRPC is a voluntary public partnership serving Benton, Carroll, Jasper, Newton, Pulaski, Starke, Warren, and White Counties. They provide assistance to local units of government to maximize community and economic development opportunities.
