The Starke County Council reorganized and made several appointments to county boards and commissions during their meeting Tuesday.
David Pearman was retained as council president while Todd Leinbach was elected vice president. Pearman and council member Kay Gudeman were reappointed to serve on the Starke County Economic Development Foundation Board of Directors. Council member Bruce Bennett was reappointed to serve as the council’s representative on the SCILL board and was also appointed to K-IRPC.
Council member Howard Bailey was reappointed to serve as the council’s representative on the Starke County Planning Commission. Council vice president Todd Leinbach was reappointed to serve on the Starke County Solid Waste Board, Michelle Downs to the P.T.A.B.O.A Board, and Gwendolyn Rentz to the Alcoholic Beverage Board.
