The Pulaski County Commissioners discussed amending an agreement for the Moss Creek solar project during their meeting Monday.
Pulaski County Attorney Kevin Tankersley stated a new parcel of land needs to be added to the originally approved road use agreement with Moss Creek. He stated the parcel of land would include road use, repair and improvement of roads be done by Moss Creek.
Pulaski County Commission President Chuck Mellon made a motion to approve the amended agreement with Moss Creek. That motion was seconded and passed by a vote with Commission Vice President Maurice Loehmer abstaining.
