The City of Knox will have a plethora of entertainment going on this weekend for the public to enjoy.
Tonight, a beer garden in Wythogan Park will open at 4 p.m. CT to the public, as the Knox Alumni Reunion will be going on. The Point’n Fingers Band will play live on the Wythogan Park Performance Stage at 7 p.m. CT. Classic to current rock and country rock is expected to be heard while the festivities take place.
City of Knox Mayor Dennis Estok reminds those in attendance to bring blankets and chairs for seating. Concessions will be available for purchase as well. You must be 21 to enter the Beer Garden. For more information, you are invited to contact the City of Knox Mayor’s office at 574-772-4553.
Tomorrow, the City of Knox Family Fun Day will take place. The Fourth of July parade down Main Street leads the way to the start of activities at the park. The parade is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. CT with the annual firework show ending the days activities around 9:30 p.m. CT.
