The City of Knox has announced they are extending the deadline for pop-up store applications.
City of Knox Mayor Dennis Estok announced the pop-up store located at 6 North Main Street in Knox will offer low cost start up fees to small businesses with the hope of giving them a head start in becoming successful. This program is designed to attract small businesses and create retail shopping downtown Knox. Business owners will have an opportunity to sell and showcase products and services of interest to area residents and tourists.
Applications for this store are online at the city website or by calling the Mayor’s office at 574-772-4553. It was noted the city will strive to provide diversity in their vendor offerings to the public and applications will be reviewed with that in mind. If selected, a lease agreement will be provided by the City.
It was noted the deadline has been extended to Friday, August 23.
