Pulaski County Commissioners Approve EMS Resignation

The Pulaski County Commissioners received a letter of resignation from the EMS department during their meeting Monday.

Pulaski County Commission President Chuck Mellon announced, the commissioners received a resignation letter from EMS Director Brandon DeLorenzo. DeLorenzo had held the position since January of 2019. Mellon went on to say DeLorenzo requested to be kept on as a full-time paramedic for the department. Mellon stated the commissioners would need to approve the resignation and begin advertising the newly available position in hopes they are able to find someone in the coming weeks.

Mellon entertained a motion to approve DeLorenzo’s resignation. A motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously by vote. Interested applicants are able to apply online here.
